OUR VALUES & BELIEFS
Change is a risky business and confidence is its adversary . – We help leaders identify the right impetus for change and unfold it into a viable change journey.
Change moments blur perspective, while short-sightedness hampers progress. – We help leaders translate the larger goal into smaller steps of progress that lead to larger scale behaviour change.
Change at larger scale is the cumulative effect of individual change. – We help individuals make of change their ally of renewal and progress.
The guiding values of our activity and approach are:
- Inclusion: Successful change is carried out with the people, not for the people.
- Integrity: The ethics of the journey to achieving the goal are equally important to the goal.
- Knowledge: “Integrity without knowledge is weak and useless, and knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful.” (S. Johnson)
- Learning: Learning is a love affair – there is no learning without curiosity.
- Value: Measure success in the value created for all the stakeholders.
Our philosophy of work is based on the belief that realizing change is at the intersection of capabilities to address competing interests – taking a people centric perspective – focusing on what maters most today while building towards the big picture of tomorrow.
Change takes time, and yet organizations need results on quarterly based results. Change journey can not be prescribed, and yet processes and plans are needed to take an organization from A to B. While change can’t be forced, results emerge only when objectives are clearly defined. While the future is unknown, only a clear vision of it can make people thrive.
|Who said change is chaotic?|
More and more organizations are in the test of survival, be it in the simple sense of existing at all in the business landscape or in rating as influential, powerful, and trend setting. Succeeding this test becomes a question of having CAPABILITES to combine innovation and inspiration, wealth-building and dignity-building, the pursuit for big profits and the tackling of big challenges.
Most of the companies have understood the change imperative. Hence, the pollution of the climate, of the business landscape and of the human spirit, is not so much a result of the lack of understanding the need to change, but rather of the short sighted vision to change, of fascination with the technical aspects of change as opposed to the soul of the business: PEOPLE. People are the essence of the solution, even when they are part of the problem.
The world is changing fast and all the big changes come with big challenges. It is by working together towards the “big picture” that organizations can raise to those challenges, ensure their survival and stay at the top. Taking this approach means addressing change in all its dimensions, and yet knowing where to FOCUS so as to achieve targeted improvements, viral adoption, and impactful results.
