In this role we manage the process related with design and achievement of the desire change and the Transition phase from “as is” to the ‘to be”. Although sometimes, the change is imposed due to external factors, we work closely with leaders to define the best future state. In this role we working closely with the Business Transformation team and the concerned stakeholders. We are primarily involved in business transformation projects conserving: OD – Workforce Management, SCM-Sourcing, BPR / BPA&AI

We coach for Integrative development is becoming increasingly the most effective way of succeeding with challenges of a V.U.C.A world. It entails “interventions” that supports your growth on what matters most, real time, using the format that fits best to the challenge, at the level of development most needed for the leader or the team.
Our Coaching work is closely connected to the context in which leaders and their teams have to deliver results and resonates to the broader system they thrive as human and social beings.
